Maternity Leave E-Course.

Mindful Return is a 4-week cohort-based e-course dedicated to helping new mums have a successful transition back to work after taking maternity leave. 


After the course, women report feeling more confident, calm, and excited about going back to work. For employers, providing this programme improves the chances of retaining their best employees. Over 70 employers already offer it as a leave benefit.

Key features:

  • 4 weeks of daily lessons. Each week has a theme (click on the image above to see the flyer). Each weekday, a new daily lesson is released and the course moderator guides women through each topic.

  • Fully online, the e-course is designed for women to go at their own pace from anywhere at any time of day.

  • Requires only a 15-30-min daily commitment. Best suited for women who are out on leave. But mums who are already back at work also find it very helpful and manageable alongside work and home.

  • The course is cohort-based, cohorts start every other month.

  • Cohorts allow mums to connect in a safe space and creates a supportive community.

  • The course is suitable for all female employees.


  • At £159/person it brings great value for employees and the employer.

I took the course because I was worried about how my return to work would affect my six-month-old baby and how I would cope with both home and office work. I am happy to say that the course was super helpful: The course content, pace and questions are truly well thought out.
