What People Say.
My Clients.
My Coaching approach.
My clients are organisations who invest in their people and sustainable work and inclusive work culture. I have coached people at all levels from senior leadership teams to individual contributors. I have worked with law firms, financial services, business consultancies, pharma, real estate, tech firms.

I also work with private clients directly.
I have a special interest in supporting women in the period between pregnancy and menopause when women's life balance and high career potential are challenged by caring commitments and health concerns. As a mum of two, women's health campaigner, coach trained in executive coaching & health and former lawyer, I have both professionalism and a passion for developing talented women.

I also offer pro bono coaching for the ICRC and other NGOs humanitarian world-workers, managers and leaders.

I am a professionally trained coach using honed communication skills to support you as a thinking partner. I listen to your needs and reflect back what I hear, see and feel. I ask questions to help you find the answers that are most valuable to you.
If relevant, I may share experience, knowledge and resources that may be of benefit. I will also be working to help you focus, learn, prioritise, create boundaries and motivate yourself to achieve the goals you seek.
Finally, I am your cheerleader and accountability partner, helping you turn answers into actions.

Before coaching, I enjoyed a thirteen-year career with Norton Rose Fulbright, a top 10 global law firm. A dual-qualified lawyer, I worked on large-scale project financing and M&A transactions in the energy sector. This professional background ensures that I never underestimate the demands of high-performing cultures and I adopt high integrity and professional development standards in my coaching practice. I adhere to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Code of Ethics, I have a mentor/supervisor, I regularly attend CPD courses and hold professional indemnity insurance.

I worked and lived in France, Russia, Singapore and the UK, and my family is a mix of four cultures, which helps me tailor my approach to address cultural differences. I coach in English and Russian.
