Smirnova Coaching is proud to support Hult Ashridge Business School and WOMBA in seeking out participants for a new research study exploring how working parents experience the transition to parenthood in an organisational context. The findings of the research will be published and will be used to inform recommendations and practical changes for organisations and individuals.
There is a need for more working Dads' voices in the study by September.
Interviews would be conducted virtually, would last around one hour and all responses will be kept confidential.
